We were so lucky this year that the weather was so glorious for the Chelsea Flower Show! Each year this horticultural exhibition takes place in Chelsea, where florists, landscapers and gardeners come together to create the most stunning displays and demonstrate their horticultural flare. It’s a show visited by hundreds from all over the world! My favourite part about this year, though, is Chelsea in Bloom. In conjunction with the flower show, the borough of Chelsea gets all dolled up hosting a competition between the store fronts with the best floral display. There are over 90 displays all over Chelsea and the best part about this element of Chelsea Flower Show is that it’s totally free!!!

This year I went to check out some of the best installations with my blogger friend Mollie Moore… The sun was shining beautifully and let me tell you, the abundance of flowers in Chelsea did not disappoint. Each year Chelsea in Bloom has a different theme and 2019 was focused on ‘Under The Sea’ – a poignant dedication to our beautiful ocean and how we can preserve it. I loved how through creativity we were reminded to use plastic less often and be kinder to our beautiful seas. If you didn’t make it to London during the Chelsea Flower Show this year do try and make it next year, the city comes alive with colour – it really does feel like the kick start to summer! And so, without further ado, here are my favourite snaps from this year’s Chelsea in Bloom installations in London, I hope you enjoy!

Remember guys to always keep #LivingColourfully…
