Being fashionable while you work out is one of the biggest trends in the industry right now. People want to both feel good and look good all at the same time. Recently, I was treated to a fashionably fit morning with one of my favourite style websites, Farfetch. In celebration of their fitness boutique launches, the team showed myself and a group of fashion/lifestyle bloggers here in the UK just how great feel healthy and stylish, all in one morning!

We started the day bright and early at a Barrecore class in Mayfair at 8:30am. Having never taken part in a Barrecore class before, I really didn’t know what to expect. Growing up I used to dance almost every night of the week, completing advanced certificates in ballet, tap, jazz, modern and hiphop. I was also part of the Dance Society Committee at university – so as you can see, I’m a dance freak, so I couldn’t wait to find out what barrecore was all about. Well, let me give it to you simply – it was H.A.R.D! In fact, it was one of the toughest toning classes I have ever done. I did feel amazing afterwards as the exercises got straight to the core of your muscles, hence, barrecore. I cannot recommend it enough if you’re looking for an amazing toning workout class!

To fill our tummies after our morning fitness, we headed to brunch at NAC in the heart of Mayfair. Whilst munching on my shakshuka eggs (which were divine) we spent the brunch talking all things blogging, fashion and the exciting style collaborations coming up. I met such lovely people – it always puts a smile on my face when I spend time getting to know new and interesting people in the same industry. It reminds me that we are all just a group of girls who love talking, photographing and writing about fashion! To say thank you for our participation, we each received a token in our goodie bags from the wonderful Farfetch team. I selected a lemon printed Dolce e Gabbana scarf – a collection I had been dying to get my hands on.

In case you aren’t aware of what Farfetch is about, as a website they work with local boutiques to sell and promote their buys. Everything you purchase on the Farfetch website comes from a boutique somewhere around the world. I love this concept and how it helps everyone in some way – we have the chance to pick from great buys, the boutiques benefit from our purchases and of course, we are inspired by the amazing fashion content created by the Farfetch team. Thanks to you all for this gorgeous morning – can’t wait for more exciting things coming our way very soon!
