A red leather jacket, some lace up boots and a grungy garage – it can’t get much more biker chic! I recently shot these photos for fashion blogger, Juliet Angus, as a nod towards warmer months, towards bringing out that light leather jacket and leaving behind the thick wool of winter.
We were in the midst of shooting other outfits in pretty west London and had a bit of a trek to find a corner that screamed grunge. If you’re ever in doubt of locations to shoot in, just get on Google Maps and find your closest mews street – they’re more often than not deserted and usually packed with the most idyllic little houses, or in our case, a rusty garage! I love the attitude in these photos, even to the smallest details like the black choker which gives the look a slight hint of femininity. The only thing missing, of course, was a classic Harley Davidson. Not sure I’ll be stumbling upon one of those anytime soon though!!
